The Department of Natural Resources (Colorado Geological Survey, Division of Water Resources, and Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission) in cooperation with its contractor, S.S. Papadopulos and Associates, has completed this “draft final” Coalbed Methane Stream Depletion Assessment Study – Raton Basin, Colorado for public review and comment.  A public meeting is scheduled for January 4, 2008, 3:00-5:00 PM, in Trinidad, Colorado at Trinidad State Junior College, General Purpose Meeting Room, Sullivan Student Center.  Reviewers are encouraged to submit their comments via email to Debbie Hathaway, S.S.
